Memorial Medical Center

Memorial Medical Center, is Ludington's first and only full-service health care facility. In 1906, 26 women came together with a vision of buiiding a hospital. Since then, the Paulina Stearns Hospital grew to become Memorial Medical Center. In 2000, Memorial Medical Center of West Michigan became the first hospital in Michigan and only the fourth in the nation to become certified to the quality standard of ISO 9002. Certification was the culmination of an intensive 24-month process to document the hospital's quality management system.
